Deals of the Week!

Deals of the Week!

If you're anything like me and are obsessed with a bargain you’re in the right place. But I know that searching out the best deals can take a lot of time, something we don’t always have. The good news is that I will hunt out the bargains that will save you money every single week so you don’t have to!

I only recommend products and businesses I use or would use myself and all opinions expressed here are our own. Some links in this blog are affiliate links or sponsored by the companies I use and recommend. This means I may earn a small commission but at no extra cost to you.

Free drinks and dining packages are now available for Disney World 2026 and you can get a 10% discount on top of this at the minute when you book through Attraction Tickets (the company we've used for ours) when you use code WDW10.

DEAL STACK! You can also stack with cashback through TopCashback - up to 5%

This kids travel pack sold out so quickly last year! It’s perfect for the plane or long car rides.

It’s got loads in, including: colouring book, activity book colouring pencils, snap pairs game, mini fidget toy and a magnetic scribbler.

I’ve snatched this deal for FOUR Disney dresses for £14 for our upcoming trip to Disney World - it works out to £3.50 a dress!

I thought it would be great to get in and split up for some cheap gifts for kids parties!

You can currently get tickets to Legoland for £22.25 via the Sky VIP rewards app. Tickets are available for the whole season, right through to early November. The price is based on buying a minimum of 4 tickets.

Shorts weather is here and if you’re anything like me, I’m dreading getting my legs out - but equally don’t want to be boiling hot.

I’ve been trying out some different shorts and these ones are my favourite so far.

They’re so flattering and really cool, would deffo recommend. Girls - this is your sign to wear the bl**dy shorts!

There’s something incredibly magical about spending a few days on the water, surrounded by nothing but water, wildlife, and the quiet buzz of nature. And yes, you can take kids on a relaxing family getaway aboard a boat!

Our recent trip to the Norfolk Broads was the perfect family getaway: relaxing, slow-paced, and surprisingly easy to manage – even for total boating newbies like us! This is the one we booked.

I’ve pulled together a rundown of our trip, including our full itinerary, what to pack for a boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads and our genuine thoughts. Read here.

You’ve all heard me talk about Plum and how it’s been great for helping me achieve my savings goals. I first downloaded Plum back in January 2024, and since then, I’ve managed to save nearly £2,500 through regular, automated savings. I didn’t change my spending habits, I didn’t move money manually - it all happened automatically thanks to Plum’s smart savings features.

Plum also has a Cash ISA, so not only do they offer a hands-off way to save, but you can now earn interest on your savings, tax-free! You can read all about it in my latest blog.

ASOS has a 70% off sale PLUS an extra 10% in the app.

Theres loads of summer stuff in this sale, including the trending butter yellow dresses that are everywhere!

Are your kids’ school shoes starting to look scruffy? If they need replacing but you don’t want to spend a fortune towards the end if the school year, theres a sale on here with 50% discount on school shoes if you need a cheap pair to get you through to the end of term. Prices start from as little as £7.50.

How lusssshhh is this hoodie for under £20!? Apparently all the cool kids are wearing this brand now (not that I’d know haha!)

This would be perfect for travel days.

Every Friday, Bills is bringing back this promotion where you get bottomless pancakes on selected Fridays for £5! It’s available all day on Friday 2nd, 9th and 16th May.

We visited here in Norfolk a few weeks ago and it was a bit pricey but I’ve just seen they’re offering a ‘twiggle tots’ deal where 1 adult and 1 child under 3 can access for £12.50. They also have one in Cheshire.

May is a brilliant time to visit a Eurocamp in France. Since their school holidays don’t usually overlap with ours, it’s often quieter and more affordable.

You’ve got two main travel options: either take the ferry or Eurotunnel and drive down to the campsite, or, if you’d prefer to fly, here’s a great example of a trip we’ve done before:

You can fly from Stansted to La Rochelle for around £290 per person.

From there, it's about an hour's drive to La Pinède, a fantastic 5-star Eurocamp site with a huge water park - perfect for kids of all ages. Accommodation for a family of four costs just £283.

Fun fact: this was actually the first Eurocamp I stayed at with my in-laws when I was 18. It was fab and holds some really great memories!

Does anyone else feel like all their makeup runs out at the same time? Just me? I’ve just restocked my essentials and came across a deal I had to share with you…

Right now, when you spend £40 at No7, you get 4 free products worth £50!

I added a new foundation, bronzer, and lip oil to my basket—and then got a free primer, mascara, and cleanser on top. 🙌.

Even better, if you set up a new account, you can use the code BETH-RV1 for an extra £10 off!

So I ended up getting £104 worth of products for just £42. Such a win!

I treated myself this week to this STUNNING perfume. I swear this is the smell of the summer!

It’s on offer here with 20% off and you can get up to 16% cashback on this too through Top Cashback.

I get so many of the kids clothes from here and they’ve currently got a sale on with up to 40% discount, including loads of summer clothes!

QVC is my new secret obsession!

I remember my Nan watching QVC on the TV when I was young, but did you know it’s now online?! Because I didn’t!

They’ve got some banging deals. I ordered myself some Elemis stuff on here a few months ago after I went to a spa and it was so much cheaper!

They’ve got deals on all sorts, garden furniture, coffee machines, skincare, a real mixed bag.

You can get £5 off your first order with code FIVE4U.

If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know we recently took a trip to Billund in Denmark to visit the home of Lego. The trip was incredible and I highly recommend it if you have Lego fans in your household! I’ve done a full review here which gives you a full rundown.

If you’re visiting Disney World in 2026, I’ve found a deal for free dining and drinks that’s available during most school holidays!

Don’t forget to book through TopCashback for an extra 2% cash back.

You can book these static RVs in Florida Keys with AirBnB! How cool do they look and they’re huge!

I paid using a giftcard with Everup and got 4.9% cashback using this. Everup is the only cashback site offering cashback on AirBnB at the moment.

As you know, I use the Sprive app to make overpayments on my mortgage easier. It sets my money aside for me and making overpayments have been a game-changer for us. If this is something you’re interested in doing, you can join Sprive with this link and use code GXMXGS9K, which will get you £5!

Look at this fab Amsterdam deal for November!

You get an overnight ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam, stay the night in a hotel and then get the overnight ferry home from just £79pp! Absolute steal!

Is it just me or is M&S getting super trendy? I’ve seen some lush outfits being shared on Instagram and you can get a 5% discount by paying through Everup.

I’m obsessed with these trousers and if anyone sees these size 16 in store can you get them for me please!

This sand and water bench table was a fab investment for us last year, still the kids favourite garden toy! It can be used as a picnic table but if you remove the centre panel you’ll reveal a sandpit and water table!

It keeps the kids busy for hours and it only takes up a small amount of outdoor space; ideal for compact gardens or patios.

Do you need a gluten-free diet? I recently found out that gluten-free free food costs four times as much as food that's not labelled gluten-free - wild!

This handy book, Budget Gluten Free, shows how you can enjoy following a gluten-free diet with budget in mind and live gluten-free for less. The book shares delicious dinners, non-boring lunches as well as desserts which won’t break the bank (and also provides dairy-free, lactose-free, veggie and vegan options wherever possible).

I’ve got an 15% exclusive discount (5% online discount + extra 10%) for anyone that purchases the book when you use the code BECKY10. Grab it here.

We’ve always loved our Yoto player for bedtime stories. But recently, we’ve started using it more during the day, especially for home education... and honestly? Game changer.

As a home educating family, I’m always on the lookout for resources that feel fun but still spark curiosity. And these Yoto cards have done just that. They’ve opened up lovely conversations around the dinner table, helped my kids explore tricky science concepts in a way that actually sticks, and even sparked a new love of languages.

Whether you home educate or just want to make screen-free learning part of your day, they’re great! Here’s our faves.

It’s the start of April and bills are rising as of this week. Here’s an overview of the ones you need to keep an eye on:

  • Energy bills: The energy price cap has risen by 6.4%, leading to an average annual increase of £111 for households.

  • Water bills: An average rise of 26%, adding about £123 per year to household expenses.

  • Council tax: Approximately 5% increase, equating to an additional £109 annually for a Band D property.

  • Broadband and mobile services: Price hikes of up to 6.4%, varying by provider.

  • TV Licence: The annual fee has risen by £5, bringing the total to £174.50.

  • Vehicle Excise Duty (Car Tax): Introduction of a £165 annual tax for most electric cars, with high-emission vehicles seeing first-year road tax doubled.

It’s time to set that budget you’ve been meaning to do, whether its on a piece of paper, spreadsheet (I have a free one on the website) or an app like Snoop which I highly recommend.

If you’re on O2, you can get the following Pizza Express deals through O2 Priority rewards:

  • Get £20 off a £40 spend

  • Get £10 off a £20 spend

  • £6.95 for a classic pizza

These offers are valid 7 days a week, all day, no annoying cut off times.

500 codes will be released in the O2 Priority app every day. You’ll need to be ready to pay when you access the code as it will expire within 120 minutes.

I get so many messages saying surely there must be a catch when it comes to getting cashback and, honestl,y I felt the same in the beginning.

I’ve got an entire blog answering all your questions here but the short answer is - no, it’s not too good to be true!

I had several messages from people last night saying they’ve saved literally £1,000s from using cashback apps, it really does work!

Thinking of switching bank accounts? If you switch to Lloyds’ Club Lloyds account, you can get a free £175 as well as six free Odeon or Vue tickets a year or 12 months Disney+.

The account is fee-free as long as you meet its £2,000 a month minimum pay-in – there's a £3 a month fee (rising to £5 a month from 2nd June) if you don't.

Whilst I was on Statutory Maternity Pay, I was earning well under my tax free allowance for the year.

I put in a claim for Marriage Allowance, which meant I could transfer a portion of my tax-free allowance over to my husband. This can save you as a couple up to £252 per year.

You can also back date your claim by up to four years, which meant we also got a tax refund of over £700. More information here.

You can check your eligibility on the Government website.

Here’s a great holiday deal for the May Half Term. You can stay at our favourite Haven site in Devon for just £349! I have done a little video of this site which you can see here.

The beach is in walking distance and there are loads of activities on-site for the kids included (although the ones you do pay for are really reasonable!)

One of the biggest game-changers for our family budget was moving our joint bank account to Monzo and here’s why… the Pots feature!

You can set up a ‘pot’ for all of the different things you’re saving for or need to buy - it’s like cash stuffing envelopes but digital!

I love it and its the first thing I ever recommend to anyone looking to improve their finances. I’ve written a blog on Monzo and it’s features - check it out here.

As you may have seen on Instagram, we visited CBeebies Land last week during Half Term!

I’ve put together some money-saving tips for your visit to CBeebies Land or Alton Towers.

If you’re looking for a great deal during the Easter holidays, you could stay at the Stargazing Pods for just £130 for a family of four. This price includes accommodation, breakfast, parking, and a round of crazy golf!

By then, the main park will be open (it wasn’t last week) so this would be better for older kids or thrill-seekers.

You’d need to add on your park tickets to this too as they aren’t included but you might be able to snag a discount with 2-for-1 offers or Clubcard vouchers!

Have you ever stopped to think about how much money you waste each year?

Taking the time to review your spending can be a game-changer for your finances. It’ll allow you to identify problem areas, spot patterns, and create a plan to overcome bad spending habits.

The best tool I’ve found for this is this app - and the best part? It’s completely free! With just a few taps, you can generate a full spending analysis and start making smarter choices.

Have you noticed how expensive holidays have become for Easter?

If you’re looking for a more affordable alternative, France is a great place to visit in May Half Term.

Their school holidays don’t align with ours do, so you can get a great deal - like this one in a Eurocamp.

You can stay at Eurocamp L’Orangerie de Lanniron, a 5-star campsite in beautiful Brittany, for just £265 for a family of four during May half-term.

A great getaway at a fraction of the cost!

And dont forget, I’ve got a full guide on Eurocamps here.

One of our biggest joint financial goals for the next decade is to overpay our mortgage, here’s how we’re making it happen:

  • Automated savings: Every month, I use Plum and Sprive to automatically set aside money. These apps take small amounts from our account without us even noticing!

  • Cashback for overpayments: I earn cashback on shopping and eating out through Sprive, which goes straight toward our mortgage overpayments.

As soon as the savings between the two apps total £500, I make an overpayment  (this is the minimum repayment amount required by our lender).

For us, our main goal is to pay less interest. If you do a quick mortgage overpayment calculator you see how much you could be saving in interest by making even small overpayments! We’d also like to become mortgage free as soon as possible! (wouldn’t we all?!)

This is the one adult purchase that’s worth every penny!

Drying clothes in winter can be a nightmare, but this airer is an absolute game-changer!

I’ve tried heated airers, but I don’t rate them - clothes need space to dry properly, and cramming them together just doesn’t work.

Instead, I use this extendable airer over my radiator, and it dries clothes SO fast!

Highly recommend!

Here’s how to get a free £10 to spend at B&Q:

  • Join the B&Q Reward Scheme next time you shop in a B&Q store

  • You’ll get a £10 voucher sent to you to spend on your next purchase

  • You’ll need to spend £75 to get the £10 discount but it’s perfect if you’ve got some DIY planned as we go into the spring

You’ll also get a couple of vouchers giving you £5 off when you spend £30 or more if you sign up for their emails.

TOP TIP! If freebies are your thing, don’t forget to head over to my freebies blog too!
