  • Sephora: Enjoy a free birthday beauty gift when you sign up to MySephora and reach a qualifying tier.

  • Space NK: Members of the NDulge scheme get a sample-sized free birthday gift, often when you’ve shopped with them in the past year.

  • Rituals: Receive a free shower oil or birthday gift when you’re a member and have made a recent purchase.

  • Hobbycraft: Get a £5 voucher or discount code for your birthday when you’ve joined the Hobbycraft Club.

My top tip is spread your treats out over a few weeks - start with a free breakfast pastry from Greggs, grab your free burrito midweek, and end the week with dessert at Prezzo and cocktails at TGI’s. Some offers are valid for up to 30 days, so you don’t have to rush them all in one go. But a little planning means you can enjoy a month of freebies - without spending a penny more than you want to!

Let me know in the comments if you know of any other birthday freebies!
