8 freebies at Disney World Orlando in 2025 you don’t want to miss

These budget-friendly extras are often overlooked at Disney but we found they added so much magic without costing an extra penny!

  1. Free Transport around Disney

This is the obvious one but honestly the kids loved going on the Disney skyliner. And with the Park Hopper tickets you can go from park to park using the buses, monorail, skyliner, ferries and trams as many times as you’d like! I got mine through Attraction Tickets and would highly recommend!

  2. Water park freebies

If you’re heading to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach you can make use of their free towels and free kids float jackets. As well as free parking compared to the usual $30 a day in the other parks!

  3. Epcot’s Kidcot fun stops

In the world showcase in Epcot, kids can collect postcards at each country’s station at no extra cost! Ours loved the calm at each country colouring their postcard in!

  4. Wilderness explorers at Animal Kingdom

Pick up a free booklet and earn badges at kiosks throughout the park like the famous Russell in UP! This scavenger style activity is both fun and educational for the kids so I loved this one.

  5. Free games

At Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios they often have treasure hunts on (like Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom) or interactive games linked through the Disney app (in Galaxies Edge you can play Disney parks missions).

  6. Free pixie dust

Pop into Sir Mickey’s shop behind Cinderella’s castle for a complimentary sprinkle of pixie dust - no appointment needed, just a moment of magic!

  7. Celebration freebie

At guest services if it’s your first visit, a birthday or engagement you get a free celebration pin!

  8. Free water

You can get free ice cold water at every quick-serve dining spot!

If you are staying in a Disney resort too (which we didn’t) I’ve heard they offer lots of free experiences too like campfire sing alongs with Chip ‘n’ Dales at Fort Wilderness and outdoor movie nights!

Once you’ve bought your tickets there’s a whole world of magical extras that you can delve into so this list is just a starting point!
