This is my most-used cashback app, mainly because I find the cashback rates are often some of the best around. It's definitely the one I've personally made the most cashback with.

It's free to use and lets you buy digital gift cards to spend at partnered retailers, with over 140 brands to choose from, including all the big supermarkets.

If you're already spending £150 a week on food, you could buy your supermarket gift card through EverUp instead. At 5% cashback, that's around £390 back over a year just from doing your normal food shop.

My experience

I use EverUp a lot!

If I'm spending the money anyway, I'd much rather get a few pounds back, and I love that the cashback is instant.

The app is really easy to use, and I always have a quick look before spending to see if there's a boosted rate available. This is where EverUp can really come into its own.

Things to note

Cashback is instant, so there's no waiting months for it to clear.
Some of the best rates are during boosted promotions, so it's worth checking before you buy.
It's particularly good for everyday spending like groceries and meals out.
If you return something you've bought using a gift card, the refund will generally go back onto the gift card rather than your bank account.
Cashback rates change, so always check the current rate before purchasing.

My verdict

EverUp is my go-to for everyday cashback.

If you're going to buy your groceries or eat out anyway, it's such an easy way to make a saving on money you'd be spending regardless.

For instant cashback and potentially really high rates, this is definitely one I'd recommend having.
