The best Merlin attraction deals for 2025: How to save on UK days out with the kids

It’s that time again! School holidays are in full swing and I’m back with a big roundup of the best Merlin deals to help you enjoy a great day out, without blowing the budget. Whether you’re planning Legoland adventures or SeaLIFE Centre visits, I’ve got all the best deals rounded up below.

The best Merlin Attractions deals this Summer

50% off Legoland tickets with Sky vip

This is such a fab offer if you’ve got Sky VIP! Through the My Sky app (VIP section), you can grab 50% off Legoland Windsor tickets- thats up to 6 tickets worth £210 for just £105! You can access your code directly via the My Sky app and you must book by 1st September (but can visit up to 31st December.)

Perfect for an end-of-summer treat!

Twice the fun deal - 2 attractions for the price of 1!

Merlin’s current twice the fun deal is brilliant! Buy entry to one attraction and get a second one free. Two days of fun without paying double… yes please!

Attractions include:

DEAL STACK! Pay with an everup gift card and you’ll earn 4.2% cashback.

Merlin x Carex deal - big wins and 15% off everytime!

Keep an eye out for promotional Carex hand wash bottles! Every bottle gives you a chance to win one of thousands of prizes including free tickets, overnight stays and annual passes! Plus every entry gets 15% off merlin tickets too!

Save 1/3 on Merlin tickets when you travel by train

This is such a good saving if you’re heading to a Merlin attraction via train. You can save up to 1/3 on entry by showing your train ticket at the ticket office. Book via daysoutguide.co.uk. Note, the train ticket has to be for the same day as attraction entry

Parent and toddler ticket deals

If you’ve got little ones that aren’t yet in school, loads of Merlin attractions offer parent and toddler tickets at a reduced price. These are brilliant for a bit of midweek fun. Here’s some of the options but there are more!

Prebook attractions and save up to 33%

Merlin’s dropped its prices for July and August if you prebook online - including weekends!

BONUS! Some attractions include a rainy day guarantee which I love as the UK weather isn’t exactly reliable - which means you’d get a free return visit if the weather puts a dampener on your plans.

We went to Warwick Castle recently and had an amazing time! I’ve shared everything you need to know about there in my latest blog post!

DEAL STACK! Pay with an everup Merlin gift card and you can get 4.2% cashback right now.

Postcode savings out of term time

Not live just yet, but keep this one bookmarked. Lots of Merlin attractions offer local residents’ discounts once the school summer holidays are over.

You could save up to £17 per person just by popping in your postcode!

Merlin annual pass savings calculator

Wondering if an annual pass is worth it? Use the Merlin savings calculator to put in how often you’d go and let it do the maths on whether it would be worth the splurge or better to save for you personally!

£0 sign-up fee on gold and platinum memberships

Right now, theres no sign-up fee (normally £59.99) on Gold and Platinum Merlin monthly memberships

This ends on 31st August so don’t hang about if you’re considering getting a pass.

Some to keep an eye on…

The below offers can be great - but they’re not always the cheapest unless stacked with another code or discount so they are ones to watch out for.

BuyAGift often has sales on Merlin packages and you can get £10 off when signing up to their Merlin deals too.

Virgin Experience Days always have a selection of deals too and the code DEAL20 can get you an extra 20% off currently (July 2025).

So overall if you’re planning any UK days out this summer these deals can save you a serious chunk of money.

Let me know if you snap up any of these bargains in the comments below!
